Performance Management Process (PMP) 2019-20

After consulting with a number of groups on campus, including the Employee Council and the PMP Working Group, we have decided to move forward with a streamlined PMP in consideration of the challenges of remote work and social distancing.  Even during this trying time, we confirmed a very strong desire to not miss the opportunity to acknowledge and recognize the great work and contributions of the staff. Please visit the PMP 2019-20 page for more information and to begin the review process.
